For early and evening care, prior notification of 48 hours is required

• Attire Children should dress comfortably as they will be moving, singing, sitting on our mats and participating in a wide variety of activities. Suitable shoes, coats and hats should be supplied for the occasions when children are involved in outdoor activities.
• Cancellations If for any reason you wish to cancel your registration in the Pre-school, we require two months prior notice, in writing, given by the end of the month. This cancellation should also include the reason for the cancellation. Cogmo reserves the right, under exceptional circumstances (e.g. unpaid fees, difficulties with the child) to cancel the registration with immediate effect. Any paid fees will be pro-rated and the remaining fees refunded.
• Feedback It is our goal to continuously improve our service to you. We welcome and value your feedback and suggestions. Please talk to any one of us directly or, if you prefer, write us an email on info@cogmokids.ch
• Fees The Pre-school fees should be paid at the beginning of every month. A CHF 200 registration fee (one-time, lifetime, per family) is due and payable upon registration for new customers. This will be deducted from the first month’s fees.  Any adjustments to the Pre-school fees will be communicated 3 months in advance.
• Field Trips/Pick-ups The parents agree that their child may leave the Cogmo premises for fieldtrips, accompanied by Pre-school personnel. Parents further agree that only those individuals who are on our pick-up list may pick-up their child.
• Footwear Please remove your footwear before entering the classroom / Play floor. Children should be barefoot or wear non-slip socks, gymnastics slippers with rubber soles or house shoes.
• Health For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to school. If your child has contacted a contagious illness, please inform us immediately. A doctor´s note will be required to return to class. Should your child fall ill during school, we will contact you to pick up your child. Our teachers are not permitted to administer medication.
• Holidays Pre-school is open and run regular classes on all work days, including during the Swiss school holidays. However, on public holidays we are closed. We are also usually closed for classes between Christmas and New Year. The monthly fee for the Pre-school is payable in full, each month. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made for public holidays, our annual Christmas closure, family holidays, illnesses etc. Make-ups for missed days are only possible by prior arrangement.
• Hours The Pre-school operates Mondays to Friday from 8:00-12:00, and for an afternoon session from 12:00 – 16:30. Your child must arrive and be picked-up punctually, unless by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to charge late fees if your child is regularly picked-up late.
• Insurance We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of your child during the Pre-school Playgroup. However, we are not responsible for accidents on the way to/from or during the Pre-school. Please ensure that your child has the necessary health and accident insurance
• Liability With extensive basic insurance plus the "School Communities” package in place, our Pre-school community is covered by comprehensive insurance cover for justifiable claims
• Photography We take photographs and videos of the children to keep you informed of what your child is doing during their time with us. From time to time, Cogmo publishes pictures on our Website and our Facebook page. Photographs will only be published if parents agree that pictures of their children may be used on our Website and Facebook pages as well as other marketing initiatives. Identities of the children will not be published.
• Privacy Cogmo values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We collect certain personally identifiable information when you register your child in a class at Cogmo. Cogmo uses customer information solely to fulfil requests for certain products and services and to contact you about new products or services, special events and promotions. Cogmo will not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party.
• Registration The Pre-school contact is valid upon the signature of one parent. The parents of the enrolled child are required to provide all relevant information as required by Cogmo Kids Pre-school. Particularly important are the contact information of the parents as well as that of any person authorized to pick-up the child.
• Snack & Lunch Your child will be given snack (e.g. fruit, vegetables, crackers) and a drink (water, juice). Please inform us of any allergies or food issues of your child. If your child is enrolled for the day, the lunchtime meals should be made at home and sent with your child.
• Terms & Conditions With your signature of the Pre-school contract, you agree to these terms and conditions, a copy of which will be attached to your contract.
